ABOUT AERO COMPONENTS
In 1978, Aero Components was founded as Aero Components Inc. Since then, Aero Components has developed a tradition of quality, dependability, and investment in its employees that has grown Aero Components from a small machine shop to the OEM approved, full-service manufacturer of complex bonded and composite assemblies that exists today.
To date, Aero Components has supplied over 8,000 unique items to the DOD and many other customers and continues to expand its capabilities and reach. As of 2021, Aero Components holds over 50 OEM special process approvals and counting.

MANAGEMENT TEAM
Garrett Marler has been at Aero Components since 2018. A graduate of Furman University in Greenville, SC and Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX, Garrett is a Mechanical Engineer by education. Upon joining the Aero Components team, Garrett led the Estimation & Business Development group for four years prior to becoming Executive Vice President in December 2022. As EVP, Garrett oversaw leadership and management of all company operations and activities.
As of January 1, 2024, Garrett took over as President of Aero Components. Under Garrett's direction, the company continues to command a leadership role in the bonding, composites, and structural assembly aviation industry. His tenure in the leadership position of Aero Components as both EVP and now as President has focused on vertical integration and fostering departmental management growth to improve and streamline the company's operations for Aero Components' future growth and success.
Colin Wright has been with Aero Components since January 2023. Colin began his career in the automotive industry and quickly advanced into different positions from department lead, service advisor, shop foreman and service manager. Colin entered the Aerospace industry after September 11th, 2001. As he moved on to departmental management roles, he was eventually promoted to Shop Foreman.
Colin joined the aerospace industry in 2012. During his 10-year tenure at a similar aerospace manufacturer in Fort Worth, TX, he held several positions including Production Control, Program Manager, Layup Supervisor, Director of Operations, and Interim General Manager. Colin joined the Aero Components team in January 2023 as Bonding Operations Director, bringing with him 19 years of industry and management experience. Colin took over as VP of Operations in June 2023.
Ryan Kettle joined Aero Components in early 2024. Ryan completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX, specializing in Economics and Business. Prior to the privilege of serving as Chief Financial Officer for Aero Components, Ryan has held Finance and Accounting leadership positions for both specialty chemical manufacturing and healthcare-related manufacturing entities with nearly 15 years of total manufacturing industry experience.
Ryan has a history of developing organizational infrastructures designed to improve the efficiency and repeatability of processes. He has built out multiple teams, always with the goal of having the teams act as business partners to the company and helping the company continue to embrace individual ownership for improvements. This focus will help Aero Components maintain its standing as an industry leader and continue to grow through maximizing value to all respective stakeholders.
Melissa Reavis has been at Aero Components since February of 2023. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management from the University of Texas in Arlington. Prior to her serving as the HR Manager at Aero Components, Melissa held HR management roles with other manufacturers within the DFW area.
Melissa has over 15 years of human resources, talent management, employee benefits, payroll, and personnel management experience within manufacturing environments and was excited to join the Aero management team. She has rebuilt the HR department from the ground up at Aero and we can’t wait to see how she continues to soar as a member of the team.
Harold Smith joined the Aero Components team in July of 2024. He has a bachelor’s degree in occupational education (specializing in Technical Engineering) from Wayland Baptist University in Wichita Falls, TX, and a master’s degree in management from Friends University in Wichita, KS. Harold also served in the United States Air Force for 8 years where he obtained the rank of Staff Seargent.
Harold has over 20 years of experience in building and managing Quality Management Systems, Auditing (supplier and internal), Supplier Quality, Root Cause Corrective Actions and Data Analysis. He is a certified Lead Auditor in AS9100, AS9110, ISO 14001, 45001 and he is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Nicholas Cobb came to Aero Components by way of the University of Oklahoma’s Engineering Department, where he earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering. Nicholas started as a Project and Manufacturing Engineer and was promoted to Lead Engineer and Engineering Manager in November 2022. With specific education and research experience in aerospace manufacturing, Nicholas has worked to standardize many of the engineering functions at Aero Components, as well as mentoring and training younger engineers to continue Aero Components proven track record of successful complex structure manufacturing.
Moriah Enrriques joined Aero Components in 2022 after almost half a decade of Program Management and supervisory experience at a similar aerospace manufacturing company in Fort Worth, TX. Moriah is a graduate of Navarro College in Waxahachie, TX. Her aerospace manufacturing career began in a data management role, but she quickly progressed into customer relationships and project management due to her dedication, thoroughness, and drive. Her expertise leading the Program Management group at Aero Components is bolstered by over 20 years of customer service experience in various industries prior to her aerospace career.
Moriah has been instrumental in implementing and developing Aero’s Program Management Department, which was a new focal point for Aero in 2022. Moriah works closely with Colin Wright, VP of Operations and Robert Myers, Supply Chain Manager to ensure Aero Components’ contractual commitments are achieved on time, on-budget, and of the highest quality and reputation.
Dawn Lowrimore joined the Aero Components team in August of 2020. Dawn came to Aero Components with a strong background in customer service, so her initial role as a Production and Supply Chain Expeditor enabled her to quickly form key relationships with team members and many of Aero’s subcontractors. In 2023, Dawn moved into her current role as Program Manager, working alongside Moriah Enrriques. Her primary focus is on Aero Components’ direct to USG contracts, as well as continuing to build customer and supplier relationships.
Roger Littrell came to Aero Components in 2011, joining the Estimation Department as a Manufacturing Cost Estimator. Roger began his career as a machinist, working in several industries before settling in aerospace for the duration. Roger has had advanced education and training in AutoCAD and CNC Programming. Coupled with Roger’s manufacturing background, this brings a unique perspective to Aero Components’ estimating philosophy.
Prior to joining Aero Components, Roger’s experience includes Shop Supervisor and Project Manager at similar aerospace manufacturers. Roger moved into the Estimation Manager role in August 2023, bringing a focus on accuracy and thoroughness to our quoting process, as well as developing customer relationships.
Daniel began his career in the logistics industry and has now been in the aerospace industry for almost 10 years. Before joining the Aero Components team, Daniel worked at a similar aerospace manufacturer in Fort Worth for seven years where he started out as a buyer in the purchasing department, moved over to the program management team, then, eventually moved back into the purchasing department, later to become the Purchasing Manager and then promoted to Director of Supply Chain. For the past two years, Daniel worked for a global aerospace and land defense company in the Fort Worth Area where he was in charge of the aerospace purchasing team, managing over 15 buyers as the Procurement Manager.
Daniel works closely with many different departments as the Supply Chain Manager: Quality, Finance, Operations, Program Management, Engineering and Inventory teams to ensure that the Aero Components team is meeting the needs of our customers.
Daniel was born and raised in the D/FW area, in Bedford, TX and currently resides in Burleson, TX. In his free time loves to spend time with his wife and daughter, is an avid golfer and loves all Oklahoma State sports, and all DFW pro teams.
